The most patient and unflappable of our staff. She started 
out with the Hooves family three years ago as 
an office assistant. Today she is our office manager 
who can often be heard declaring "I'm hungry!" 

Tamar
Tamar came on board in June this year to help out in 
the office with the reservations. An efficient lady 
in a small package.

Allison
Came to us fresh from college where she took an Associate degree in Hospitality and Tourism.  Allisons bright chirpy voice  can be heard on the other end of the Hooves reservations line.
